How To Request Account Deletion

Email support@shiftaccept.com from the email address connected to your ShiftAccept account.

Include the subject line Delete My ShiftAccept Account and tell us whether you use ShiftAccept as an employer, worker, or recruitment manager.

Data Deleted

• Account profile details such as name, email address, phone number, profile image, and notification preferences.
• Authentication records and device push-notification tokens associated with your account.
• Worker profile details and employer profile details where deletion is permitted.

Data We May Keep

Some information may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business record purposes.

• Billing, subscription, invoice, refund, and payment records may be retained for accounting and tax compliance.
• Shift, attendance, check-in, checkout, interview, notification, and worker-pool records may be retained when needed by an employer account or for business records.
• Security logs and abuse-prevention records may be retained to protect ShiftAccept and its users.

Retention Period

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. Records that must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute purposes may be kept for as long as required by those obligations.
